Age Limit –

• School Teacher (Class 6 to 8): 18 to 37 years
• School Teacher (Class 9 to 10): 21 to 37 years
• School Teacher (Class 11 to 12): 21 to 37 years
• as on 01st August, 2023

Educational Qualification –

• School Teacher (Class 6 to 8): Graduation (degree obtained from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission) and two- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) Or Graduation or Post Graduation with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. Or Graduation with minimum 45% marks and one year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
• School Teacher (Class 9 to 10): Graduation or Post Graduation (or its equivalent) from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in the specified subject/ group of subjects and Graduation in Education (B.Ed) from an institution recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education.
• School Teacher (Class 11 to 12): Post Graduate (or its equivalent) in a specified subject with at least 50 percent marks from a recognized university and B.A.Ed/ B.Sc.Ed from any institute recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education. or Post Graduate in specified subject with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade and 03 year integrated B.Ed. M.Ed.
