Eligibility Criteria for BECIL Consultant (Admin) Recruitment 2022

Educational Qualification –
- Retired employee from Govt., CPSUs Attached & Subordinate offices, Autonomous Bodies of Govt. of India
Knowledge/ Experience –
- Consultant (Admin): Experience of working in Services & Establishment matters in Departments of Government. or Experience of creation of posts and framing of Recruitment Rules, General Admin matters, GeM Procurement, tenders on CPP portal etc. or Experience of previous working as Deputy Secretary/ Director/ Under Secretary in Govt. organizations for handling Service/ Establishment matters for a minimum period of 05 years. Knowledge/ experience of E-Office, MS Office Tools (Word/ Power Point/ Excel etc.)
- Consultant (Budget & Finance): 5 years’ experience in Cash, Account and Budget work, E-procurement, Gem procurement, Audit, etc. in a Government Office/ PSU/ Autonomous Body/ Statutory Body. or Knowledge/experience of E-Office, MS Office Tools (Word/ Power Point/ Excel etc.)
