• A Degree awarded by any University in India, established or incorpotated by or under a Central Act, Provisional Act of State or of any institution recognised by the University Grants Commission or any other equivalent qualificadon, In the case of a candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes, as on 1st July, 2022, he/ she must have passed Intermediate examination conducted by the competent authority or such other qualification as may be considered equivalent by the state Sovernment and should have studied degree in any one of the universities in India.
