• Research Officer: Have completed a full-time Master’s Degree in Applied/ Counselling/ Clinical Psychology.
• Programme Administrative Staff: Have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/ Social work/ Social sciences with psychology as a subject or Possess good writing skills in English

• Program Coordinator: 01 Post
• Research Officer: 02 Posts
• Programme Administrative Staff: 01 Post

Pay Scale –

• Program Coordinator: Rs.56,000/- per month
• Research Officer: Rs.40,000/- per month
• Programme Administrative Staff:  Rs.25,000/- per month
